 Thermal Impulse Sealers
are industrial quality machines constructed from welded
steel. All of our Thermal Impulse sealers are pneumatically powered and calculated
to provide an airtight/watertight seal. Each bag sealer unit features a low
pressure safety close and redundant emergency stop features. The sealers can
be constructed as tabletop units or as a Heavy Duty Horizontal or Vertical unit
in seal lengths of up to 300 inches. Each bag sealer is ideal for sealing
ranges of material including polyethylene, laminated films, nylon, vinyl, filter
media and even Teflon. Sealers are available in either standard thermal impulse
or with repeatable and verifiable controls for medical or specialty applications.
 Hand
Held Impulse sealers are ideal for
sealing polyethylene and laminated foils. Applications include sealing around oddly
shaped products including drum or box liners or for sealing around large objects
such as furniture. Each sealer is lightweight and portable; the operator simply
squeezes the handles to open the jaws and clamps on to the film being sealed. A
start button located on the seal jaw is activated. An indicator light on the main
housing signals the start and finish of the seal cycle. The heat cycle is
controlled by a timer on the main housing. The operator simply increases or decreases
the heat as desired. Upon completion of the cycle, the operator again squeezes the
jaw, releasing the sealed product. All controls are solid state. An eight foot power
line cord and eight foot sealer cord are standard. Options include flat
band elements (1/8, 3/16, ¼ or ½ inch), wire cut elements, or a cold cut wire. A
220 Volt option is also available. Each unit comes complete with a two-year warranty,
detailed operating instructions, and a spare parts kit.
 Open-Backed
Thermal Impulse Sealer Our Open-Backed (S.O.B.)
unit is a heavy duty thermal impulse sealer built into a solid aluminum and steel
frame. The unit’s configuration is ideal for any bag making application or
sealing application. The S.O.B. is available in 20 and 30 inch sealing lengths.
Features: Unobstructed seal jaw, free standing on casters, pneumatic operation,
low pressure descent, and much more.

Our full line of vacuum sealers are widely used in the medical, electronics, industry
and food. All seals are guaranteed to be air and water tight.
The integrity of each seal of our vacuum sealers is accomplished through use of
¼” NiChrome seal bands combined with variable range timers which provide the user
with extreme control over seal and cool time. We also have vacuum sealers
with
PLC controls that provide repeatable and verifiable seals to FDA/NIST requirements
which is required in many medical and food applications.
