Heavy Duty Model ZTS-24 & 25 Industrial Thermocutters
The model ZTS-24 is designed as a continuous duty tool; with 400 watts of power, this tool will allow you to run the tool 24/7 using the full assortment of blades. The model ZTS-24 is ideal for both hand-held and automated cutting applications. The units' separate power control allows for finer temperature control and allows you to switch from trigger activation to continuous for longer or automated cutting applications. Since the power control is separate from the handle, there is very little heat build-up in the handle. We also have the ZTS-25 Thermocutter; this tools' handle is designed for use with end of arm tooling, robots or fixtures. The ZTS-25 handle works with the same base unit as the ZTS-24, so if you have the need for a hand held tool and a fixtured tool you could just purchase the handle separately.
