Whether you are a plastic fabricator making custom displays, trays, bins etc… or an industrial plant that needs custom safety shields we have the plastic bender for you! Our heat trays are designed to provide even heat (up to 800 degrees) across the width of the tray – the recessed heating element never comes in contact with your plastic – the result is perfect bends every time! Heat trays are ideal for Acrylics, ABS, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene and many more materials. Designed for straight line bends or folds – trays heat material up to ½” thick. Heat trays can be directly plugged into power outlets – If you require temperature control this is easily done with the AEC-15 power controller. When your application requires multiple bends you can purchase multiple heat trays and build your own system or you can order the complete heating system.
